Barnsley Hospital Health Care Taster Week Barnsley Hospital are offering you the opportunity to apply for an “Introduction to Healthcare”.  As a New College Pontefract student,  you would need to apply for the April dates  (Easter Holidays) as the other dates given are within term time and not official work experience dates. Barnsley Hospital are unable to offer work experience placements in the ward areas and therefore this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and meet a variety of healthcare professionals.   Students from outside of the Barnsley area are more than welcome to apply.
