What does the BrightStart Higher Apprenticeship Scheme involve?
BrightStart Apprentices shape their careers, as well as gain on-the-job experience. You’ll do the same work as colleagues and be treated with the same respect from day one, in a permanent job. But you’ll also get extra time and support to help you progress your professional education and complete the Apprenticeship.
There are six business areas you can choose from: Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Internal Client Services, Risk Advisory and Tax Consulting. 
Whichever one you join, you’ll get to work with a rich variety of clients across a range of different sectors and industries, and develop a powerful mix of business advisory and consultancy skills, as well as finance and general professional abilities, that will stand you in good stead as your career unfolds.
