 This is an exciting opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in an environment that provides support, training and practical work experience. 

As an Apprentice you will progress to manage your own caseload of client cases using our in-house case management system. This caseload will be built up as you learn and gain experience. 

You will communicate with clients and various third parties, by telephone and through written correspondence, and will learn to progress each case through the necessary stages. 

Through mentoring and training you will develop your confidence in providing effective legal advice to clients in relation to their claim, and the training that you receive on the job and as part of your qualification will help you understand the relevant law and legal processes. 

This opportunity is a good alternative to going to university, where you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification with the potential for further qualifications in the future.
