It gives ambitious, free thinking young people the chance to work with some of the very best and brightest people in the business world. By ‘rotational’, we simply mean you get to move around different areas of the organisation, gaining invaluable insights, work experience and professional qualifications along the way.

In the first 12 months you’ll learn what our different business areas do, how they do it and why. You will gain a diverse experience, in different business areas tailored to the office you apply to.  From the different rotations, you’ll learn something new almost every day, while developing your commercial awareness, communication, team-working and technical skills whilst studying towards
If you are looking to specialise in Technology, there is an application process for KPMG360° Digital towards the end of the Foundation year.  Upon succesful completion of the foundation level, apprentices would have the option to apply to transfer to KPMG360° Digital.
Those successful in their application for KPMG360° Digital, would transfer at the end of the Foundation Level, subject to completion of AAT Level 3.

In your second and third years you’ll spend more time rotating between our different business areas to develop a deeper understanding of our business. As you learn, you’ll also study for a Technician Level qualification (AAT Level 4). So you’ll be well on your way to becoming a qualified professional.
If you decide to step off KPMG360˚ at this point, you will be able to apply to a role relevant to your skills and experience. All careers as a KPMG employee include continuing professional development and training, great benefits, and the opportunity to apply yourself to real-world business situations.
Professional Level
Beyond successful completion of AAT Level 4 and demonstrating success in the business and exams, you’ll spend the next three years specialising in Audit, Tax or Advisory. Along with on-the-job training, you’ll study for a professional qualification, e.g. ACA/ICAS, CA, CTA, or CIMA.
Please note that the availability of business placements varies from office to office, depending on the roles available in each location.
