Apprenticeship Opportunities in Leeds at KPMG (Accounting, Banking, Finance)
KPMG360° is a rotational apprenticeship programme for school and college leavers. It gives ambitious, free thinking young people the chance to work with some of the very best and brightest people in the business world. By ‘rotational’, we simply mean you get to move around different areas of the organisation, gaining invaluable insights, work experience and professional qualifications along the way.
KPMG360˚ consists of three levels: Foundation, Technician and Professional:
Foundation Level
In the first 12 months you’ll learn what our different business areas do, how they do it and why. You will gain a diverse experience, in different business areas tailored to the office you apply to. From the different rotations, you’ll learn something new almost every day, while developing your commercial awareness, communication, team-working and technical skills whilst studying towards
If you are looking to specialise in Technology, there is an application process for KPMG360° Digital towards the end of the Foundation year. Upon succesful completion of the foundation level, apprentices would have the option to apply to transfer to KPMG360° Digital.
Those successful in their application for KPMG360° Digital, would transfer at the end of the Foundation Level, subject to completion of AAT Level 3.
Technician Level
In your second and third years you’ll spend more time rotating between our different business areas to develop a deeper understanding of our business. As you learn, you’ll also study for a Technician Level qualification (AAT Level 4). So you’ll be well on your way to becoming a qualified professional.
If you decide to step off KPMG360˚ at this point, you will be able to apply to a role relevant to your skills and experience. All careers as a KPMG employee include continuing professional development and training, great benefits, and the opportunity to apply yourself to real-world business situations.
Professional Level
Beyond successful completion of AAT Level 4 and demonstrating success in the business and exams, you’ll spend the next three years specialising in Audit, Tax or Advisory. Along with on-the-job training, you’ll study for a professional qualification, e.g. ACA/ICAS, CA, CTA, or CIMA.

In your digital submission, we will be assessing three of the KPMG global behavioural capabilities, ‘Makes an Impact’, ‘Career Motivation’ and ‘Demonstrates Innovation and Curiosity.’
You will have three days to submit, so please make sure you have time to complete this.
Stage 3: Assessment Centre

Standard entry requirements (UK) | A minimum of five A* - C or 4-9 (Including English Language and Maths) GCSEs and a minimum of 104 UCAS points under the new UCAS tariff points systems (e.g. BCC at A-Level or equivalent qualifications, not including General Studies). |
Standard entry requirements (Scotland) | A minimum of five Standard Grades at grades 1 – 3 which must include Maths and English (or equivalent Intermediate/National 5 qualification). Equivalent of 104 new UCAS tariff points at Higher/Advanced Higher level. |
