For those wishing to work in a care role, please check the NHS jobs website (https://www.jobs.nhs.uk/) and consider paid jobs such as Heath Care Assistants in order to gain relevant experience, as it is easier to apply for apprenticeships once working for the NHS. 

Also consider voluntary roles with the NHS for the COVID-19 Testing team in the short term as a route into a suitable apprenticeship
